Message from the 2009-2010 Chair
For February 2010
February’s ASQ Quality Progress focuses on the Voice of the Customer and how we need to seek feedback from our customer in order to provide them with what they need to meet or exceed their expectations. All organizations, whether healthcare, manufacturing, biomedical, service, or other, must invest the time to get to know their customers, their needs, and their expectations. ASQ Section 605 is no exception – we want to understand what our members want, need, and expect and hope that you will provide us with that valuable feedback we need to make sure we are satisfying you. In that vein, we invite you to contact any of us if you have any questions, have an idea for a training or program, or just want to chat about Quality. Our Board contact information is just one way to give us your feedback – we also welcome you to join us at our monthly dinner meetings. Our February meeting is on “Driving Business Success: Critical Success Factors, Metrics, and Dashboards”. Come join us.
