About the company:

About the speaker:

Dale Holzhausen recently celebrated 25 years with VSPOne and serves as Process Engineer.  Dale attained a BSIE degree from Cal Poly, SLO and an MBA from Sacramento State.  His role is process improvements and identifying root causes of failures to meet spec in order to place corrective action and eliminate the problem forever.  Prior to this, Dale managed the Surfacing and IT departments.  He lives with his wife in Granite Bay and has two grown daughters who are also in the healthcare field.

3:55 - 4:00 pm: Arrive and gather in the VSP One Auditorium (Signage will provide directions to visitor parking and the main building)

4:00 - 4:15 pm: Organize group for tour

4:15 - 5:00 pm: Take tour of facility - Led by Dale Holzhausen and VSP staff

5:00 - 5:30 pm: Dinner: Provided by ASQ 605

5:30 - 6:00 pm: Question and Answer Session (This timeline is adjustable and can be extended, if needed)

6:00 pm: Conclusion of Meeting: (Can go longer, depending on size of group and questions)
