About the Presentation:

The speed of change today is so fast and extensive that it is impossible to keep up with it. The introduction of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into many, if not all of our products, is presenting new challenges that the traditional tools of Quality are inadequately equipped to handle. This presentation reviews how quality has evolved over the years and what new challenges exist today. You will learn of the successes and failures of today’s innovative products and we will examine Einstein’s statement “We cannot solve our problems with the same thinking we used when we created them.”
